Patata harra: spiced potatoes with coriander and parsley

 Falafel: fava beans and chickpeas balls with sesame sauce

SECOND DISH

Kabse: spiced rice with vegetables and dried fruits with yogurt and mint for vegetarians

Sfouf: semolina cake with turmeric and pine nuts 

Mediterranean oranges: sliced oranges with cinnamon, syrup of orange blossom and rose
